Master Plan
Advisory Committee
The charge of the Technology Master Plan Advisory Committee is
to develop a coordinated and prioritized technology plan. A Steering
Committee will consist of a subset (7-9 members) of the Technology Master
Plan Advisory Committee to provide policy guidance and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Incorporate
strategic technology issues identified in the Centennial Strategic Plan
- Incorporate
recommendations found in the Operations Improvement Task Force Report
- Communicate
information about the process and status of work to campus constituencies
- Garner
input and feedback from colleagues for the Committee's consideration
- Develop
a draft Technology Master Plan for final recommendation to the President
- Steering
Committee Members:
- Establish
the process framework to develop the Technology Master Plan
- Provide
policy guidance and direction to the advisory committee
- Provide
support in the development of a draft Technology Master Plan
