Technology Master Plan
Advisory Committee


The charge of the Technology Master Plan Advisory Committee is to develop a coordinated and prioritized technology plan. A Steering Committee will consist of a subset (7-9 members) of the Technology Master Plan Advisory Committee to provide policy guidance and direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate strategic technology issues identified in the Centennial Strategic Plan
  • Incorporate recommendations found in the Operations Improvement Task Force Report
  • Communicate information about the process and status of work to campus constituencies
  • Garner input and feedback from colleagues for the Committee's consideration
  • Develop a draft Technology Master Plan for final recommendation to the President
  • Steering Committee Members:
    • Establish the process framework to develop the Technology Master Plan
    • Provide policy guidance and direction to the advisory committee
    • Provide support in the development of a draft Technology Master Plan
